Crafted with nickel-chrome resistance wire in chrome-nickel steel tubes filled with compacted MgO powder, these heaters ensure rapid and efficient heat transfer. Annealed for malleability, they can be bent into any shape. Our hot runner heaters, including those with built-in thermocouples and bushes, are meticulously designed with diverse cross-sections, inner brass, and outer stainless steel covers for optimal performance. The cross-sections we use are J and K types – (2.24.2) – (33).
